Training sessions are held in a well-equipped private training studio in Vancouver’s West End, no membership required. Complimentary towel service and bottled water is also provided.

You’ll be set up for success to get results as quickly as possible with clear, actionable steps to take between each session. Your training sessions and workouts to complete in between will be tailored to your fabulously unique body, goals, and lifestyle – no cookie cutter plans here.
