The beauty of strength training is that you can make it as easy or as difficult as you like. It's not always about how heavy you go - some of the most seemingly simply bodyweight exercises can prove to be a real challenge if you focus on engaging the correct muscles! All of the exercises were put together with the beginner in mind and come with high-quality video demonstrations to help you get your form right. If you're unsure of an exercise or something doesn't feel right, let us know in the group so we can help you out!
