The beauty of strength training is that you can make it as easy or as difficult as you like. It's not always about how heavy you go - some of the most seemingly simply bodyweight exercises can prove to be a real challenge if you focus on engaging the correct muscles! All of the exercises were put together with the beginner in mind and come with high-quality video demonstrations to help you get your form right.
