I get it, because I've been there

Working tirelessly to find that magical ratio of protein, fats, and carbohydrates that would give me that elusive six pack. Getting up and doing cardio on an empty stomach in the hopes of burning more fat. And still feeling the need to hide behind baggy shirts and constantly scrutinizing every bump and flaw. 

It's not a great place to be in. 

But here's the thing. I STILL don't have that six pack. I still have cellulite, I still have stretch marks, and I still have rolls that poke out over my jeans (although they're a lot smaller than they were when I was drinking a 12 case of beer every day.) 

But things are different now. I freaking love my body. I workout because I want to celebrate my body, not punish it. I eat healthy foods that make me feel amazing, but I also eat chocolate on a daily basis and indulge in gourmet donuts. 

And most importantly, I'm able to pull myself out of any mental funk I get into, but I also have the ability to recognize when I just. need. a break.

Through this process, I've learned there are three key elements that allow you to live a healthy and confident life that feels damn good
