That’s a lot! But it’s because I know that living a healthy life is SO MUCH MORE than just exercising and eating green things every day. What goes on in our minds can make or break our success, which is why I’m going to help you train yours so you can reach your highest potential.

So how does it work?

  • After adding Virtual Boot Camp to your cart, you’ll be directed to a secure Paypal link where you can submit your payment. Please note a Paypal account is required to purchase this product. If you do not have a Paypal account and are interested in purchasing, please contact me to make arrangements.
  • Upon submitting payment, you will be redirected back to evolutionbyariana.com (if you are not directed, please click “return to arianaf@live.com”) where you will gain immediate access to the audio recordings and PDF downloads. You will also receive a receipt via email with a link to the download area.
  • Within 24 hours I will contact you via the email associated with your payment account to get you set up on your complimentary training app so you can access the workouts! You will have full access to this app for six weeks from the time your account has been activated, and you can print the workouts so you can do them again and again, even after your six weeks is up.
  • I recommend you work on one topic per week from the download area. For example, before starting the workouts, you can listen to the Module 1 Coaching Call. Once you’ve listened to that, open up Module 2’s documents and use those to prep you for the Module 2 Coaching Call, which you’ll listen to the following week.

Virtual Boot Camp is for you if: 

  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable completing exercises on your own but would like some guidance on what to do and when to do it.
  • You have had experience performing different strength training exercises within the past 5 years.
